In 2017, we purchased a block of land in the small town of Mount Mary, South Australia.
Since then, we have done the following:
- Planted more than a hundred native plants.
- Fenced the block, to prevent sheep eating all of our plants (we learned this the hard way)
- Put up a shed to keep tools in
- Had water connected to the block
- Put in an automatic irrigation system that runs every two weeks, to give our plants a nice deep soak.
